Leaving a legacy.

The purpose of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities National Band Directors Consortium, Inc. is to provide an opportunity for Band Directors and students to collaborate and develop strategic plans for success in instrumental music programs. In addition, the Annual Convention provides opportunities for individual products to be evaluated through performances. Our Annual Convention, which includes onsite workshops and clinics, is held to provide excellent educational value for band directors and students, aspiring to become band directors.
